UK DELIVERY All standard items are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. All orders are delivered within the UK for FREE. All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be despatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning. High value items are sent Royal Mail Recorded Signed For and so will require a signature on delivery. Larger items such as dance mats and consoles will be sent via Courier and again will require someone to sign for the goods. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. Royal Mail state that 92% of their First Class mail arrives the next day. RETURNS POLICY We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we aim to make things as simple and straightforward as possible. Please contact our customer service team using the details below BEFORE returning any item so your return can be authorised. Failure to do this may result in no refund being issued. We accept returns of unwanted but still sealed games within 14 days in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations. We will also accept faulty returns up to 30 days after purchase but please contact customer services with any queries. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours upon receipt of the returned item.
